website and database (collectively, the "Website"). If you do not

SWEEPSTAKES USER TERMS
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This sweepstakes is being administrated by IPEvents on behalf of those who register to participate in the April 27-28, 2005 Security Leadership Council. This sweepstakes ends at 8:00 a.m.EDT April 29, 2005.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age on the date of entry. IPEvents’, lecturers in the Security Leadership Council and their employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, related parties, immediate family and agents are not eligible to enter into this sweepstakes.
PRIZE: The grand prizewinner shall receive an iPod mini, which prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prizewinner will be selected by IPEvents with the supervision of its accountants, by random drawing from among all eligible individuals who register to participate in the Security Leadership Council event. The winner will be declared on one of the online sessions and must verify his or her address by return email within 14 days of declaration. The winner also consents to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. IPEvents shall not be liable for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. The prizewinner will bear full responsibility for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Void where restricted and prohibited.
CONDITIONS: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules and by the abovementioned Terms of Service and comply with the declaration of the prizewinner by IPEvents. Non-compliance with such rules or suspected cheating, hacking or any other unfair playing practices will cause disqualification. IPEvents, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the sweepstakes with or without cause, at any time, with notice posted at IPEvents’ website.
