What's an online e-Conference? What is an e-Session, virtual expo, and v-booth?
An online e-Conference is a conference that takes place on the Internet; practically at your PC. Like a physical (or offline) conference, an online e-Conference is scheduled to take place at certain dates with a full program. All speakers call in to an audio conference bridge and log onto a speakers-dedicated website which enables them to deliver their presentations (including audio and Power Point presentations). A one-hour panel discussion or presentation is referred to as an e-Session. Attendees log into the e-Conference environment and pick an e-Session to attend; attendees can also type in questions to the presenters LIVE. In a similar fashion,, a virtual expo is opened for attendees to visit exhibitor's virtual booths (or v-Booths).

What's the differences between online and offline conferences?
Obviously, an online e-Conference and virtual expo doesn't offer any opportunity for face-to-face contact. . An online event, therefore, is NOT a replacement for physical conferences. It is, however, a very cost-effective way to bring together companies and other interested parties from around the globe. It lets you find new products and services, get educated about the latest developments in the industry, and exchange virtual business cards with industry professionals. No need to book a room in a hotel, make travel arrangements, or change your schedule. You can attend an e-Conference from ANYWHERE and at ANYTIME since all e-Sessions and v-Booths are kept available for on-demand replay and visits at your convenience, year-round.
