or exhibitor for use solely in marketing its own products and services, and

to them. If we make any such disclosure, we will require such parties to keep

IPEvents and exhibitors and other third parties produce free live Webinars,
Audio Broadcasts and panel discussions on various topics. Attendance at live
events and access to recent event archives is available only to registered Users.
IPEvents will notify you about the availability of this content on the www.satoevents.com
Website in e-mail messages. These events are often sponsored. By registering
for an event, attending an event, or accessing an archived event, you agree
to allow IPEvents to share the personal information you supply in your registration
with the event sponsor.
Exhibition Hall
The Exhibition Hall for the Security & Technology Conference contains virtual
tradeshow booths where vendors display their products and services. Inside the
booths you can download white papers, read company and product information,
provide feedback, enter contests, and perform other activities. IPEvents shares
your registration information with the exhibitors when you visit their booth.
Chat
IPEvents permits registrants to interact with conference presenters and industry
experts. Posting in the discussion forums may allows other registrants to see
your first name, company name and state or country.
e-Mail
IPEvents uses email to communicate with registered Users. We use your personal
information to provide you with other products and services which may be of
interest to you, to respond to your inquiries and contact you about changes
to the Website, and for any other purpose disclosed at the time the information
is collected from you. If at any time you would like to change the email address
where you receive your subscriptions, please email us. Please allow up to 48
